Icons of the Highway – Fox Talbot Museum

Devizes Pancake Races
Age Concern Wiltshire will be organising Pancake races once again in Devizes Market Place. Previous years’ races have been a great success, with a great assortment of teams – some on mobility scoters, others in fancy dresss – with the very young and old in attendance. The races will run between 12.30 and 1.30pm

Dog days at Westonbirt
Our Dog Days event is growing every year, as we had over 6,000 visitors to the event last year. We will be jolding the first regional heat of the Kennel clubs’ SCRUFFT’s again.

Bath Literary Festival
The Bath Literature Festival specializes in topical debate and one–off events featuring writers from the worlds of fiction, journalism, scientists, naturalists, historians, illustrators, children’s authors and biographers. Some of the finest writers working today will be visiting the Festival including the Poet Laureate Carol Ann Duffy; Brooker Prize winner Hilary Mantel; Forward Prize winner Don Paterson; A N Wilson; A S Byatt; Michael Frayn; Claire Tomlin and Rose Tremain to name just a few.
