The museum’s collection of 240 American quilts is acclaimed as the finest of its type in Europe and the equal of many premier collections in the United States. To celebrate the publication of Classic Quilts from the American Museum in Britain (Scala Publishers) the museum will be showcasing some of its greatest quilt treasures in this special exhibition for 2010.
